He regularly orders affordable beef tenderloin and other cuts of meat from this Panhandle institution and has them shipped to his Dallas home. They are seasoned, shrink wrapped, and sent to you frozen and anytime he has a last minute guest or needs a quick fix for dinner, he pulls one out of the freezer, thaws it, and pops it in the oven. So simple.
