Burgeusa Burger just opened a second location in downtown Dallas in Renaissance Tower (1201 Elm St.). Jeff and Courtney Sinelli are now not only the founders of everyone's favorite sandwich stop, Which Wich, but now they've moved into burger and bun territory. And they're getting a lot of love lately, too. I can't scoop myself, but be sure to read my column Object Lesson in the April issue of TM.
