Cannot wait for this: Cynthia Rowley will have her Shop on Wheels at Highland Park Village (right in front of Vince) beginning next Thursday, March 25 until Monday, April 5. Housed in a shipping truck that's been completely transformed, SOW will carry a broad selection of Rowley's clothing, shoes, eyewear, handbags, and more.
